Grand Front is a complex located on the north side of JR Osaka station, consisting of a shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, office areas, a hotel, a convention center, a theater and a high-rise condominium. Grand Front Osaka is composed of three towers: South Tower A, North Tower B and C. Tower A and B have thirty-eight stories above ground level and three beneath. The complex is the Japan's largest "shopping town" located by the terminal station in a metropolitan area. It has many shops that are new to the Kansai region and many restaurants that are the first-ever to be introduced to Japan. The shops are open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The restaurants are open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. As they are very crowded with people on weekends and holidays, it is better to visit there on weekdays, if possible.
Wide variety of shops

Besides the above, there are also shops that handle beer and wine from all over the world. The North Tower of Grand Front Osaka has a facility called the "KNOWLEDGE CAPITAL" on lower floors.
